Overview
Most provinces and territories run their own nominee programs, such as the Ontario Immigrant Nominee Program (OINP), BC PNP and Alberta's AAIP. Each one has streams for skilled workers, international graduates, in-demand occupations and entrepreneurs. A nomination through an Express Entry-aligned stream adds 600 points to your CRS score, which almost always leads to an invitation.
Who it's for
- Candidates whose CRS score is below recent Express Entry cut-offs
- Workers with a job offer from an employer in a specific province
- International graduates from Canadian colleges and universities
- People working in occupations a province has flagged as in demand
How we help
- Streams open and close with little notice. We track intake windows and tell you which ones you actually qualify for.
- We explain the difference between enhanced (Express Entry) and base (paper-based) nominations, including timelines and what happens after nomination.
- We prepare the provincial application and then the federal permanent residence application that follows.
Program rules, fees and processing times are set by the Government of Canada and change often. Check the official IRCC information page, or ask us for advice on your situation.
